Ronald Mayinja has again moved to the NRM camp as he sang and released a song praising the incumbent president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who is standing once again on the NRM card in the upcoming elections for 2021. Before, it was said that the artist was for the NUP and was seen wearing the red cap that is usually worn by the NUP supporters and those part of the team.
However, the artist has come out to clarify the rumors by saying he was paid to make a song and is doing his job as an artiste who sings and earns a living. He said he does not belong to any political party and therefore, no Ugandan should affiliate him with any political parties in existence.
