Ruth Kalibbala Bwanika is the interactive and funny woman behind Mwasuze Mutya program that she hosts on a weekly morning show on NTV and Spark Tv.
Commonly identified by many of her fans as Kalibbala, she is also a seasoned actress who has been in the film industry for over 20 years. As the entertainer continues to thrive in her respective careers, she seems not to grow old.
Later this year, Kalibbala will celebrating her 46th birthday but she could be mistaken to be in her early 30s. In fact, several netizens have always taken to their social media pages wondering the secret to her youthful looks despite her age, seven children, and five C-section deliveries.
While taking part in a one on one exclusive with singer Juliana Kanyomozi, Ruth Kalibbala was asked to let her fans and followers know about her age-defying looks.
According to Kalibbala , she doesn’t follow a specific routine, but rather attributes her youthful appearance to self-love.
She echoed the relevance of doing away with situations that could lead to anger and stress, acknowledging that some things in life are beyond one’s control.
Moreover, she explained that when faced with such challenges, she entrusts them to God and distances herself from individuals who bring negativity into her life.
Furthermore, Ruth highlighted her strong faith in God, stating that she relies on Him to carry her burdens.
She also mentioned that maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and a balanced diet, has contributed to her youthful appearance despite having seven children and undergoing five C-section deliveries.

Kalibala is married to Charles Ssensuwa Bwanika, who shares similar passion of acting and radio presenting. The two are parents to seven children.
The bubbly media personality gave birth to her first born during senior six vacation in 1996. She was about 20 years at the time.
She says her partner was on her side and could not wait for the arrival of their child. After the birth of her daughter, the now proud mother of seven resumed school in 1999 to study a two year diploma in secretarial studies at Nkumba University.
Over the next years, she continued acting, a passion she had carried on from an earlier age and even went to act when had more children.
As away of improving her CV, Ruth Kalibala went back to school to study Bachelor's degree in Mass communication at Islamic University in Uganda for the three years and graduated in 2017.
