Today Thursday 13th 2021 many Muslims celebrated the end of their fasting period with Eid Mubarak
During the prayers at Kibuli Mosque his Eminence Sheik Mufti Ramadan Mubajje condemned the unfair political arrest.
"Elections are over. Release all those who are in Prisons and let them go back to their families. Some of them are moslems and would like to celebrate Eid with their loved ones." He commented
He also asked police to give impounded boda bodas back to their owners so as to enable them earn a daily bread.
These are motorcycles that were impounded by police officials after curfew hours of 6pm.
"Let us learn to live in harmony together, love one another and be at peace." He ended his speech.
