Education is one aspect that musicians here in Uganda tend to neglect, a big number of them barely finish high school with some stopping at Senior 4.
Spice Diana today completed her course in Industrial Fine Art and Design that she has been doing at Makerere University and she attributes all her success to God plus her mother who have been there for her.

How she balanced her books with her ever growing music is one big surprise to many. Last year(2017) she said that she doesn’t get enough time to rest since she juggles books and music and sometimes spends nights performing for fans in bars, yet has to be at campus early morning.
She further added that books have been a stress factor on her side and it has been hard for her balancing school and music. In fact, her friends couldn’t even believe that she would make it all the way to graduation.

Some of the other musicians who have University qualifications include Bobi Wine, Vinka and Ykee Benda among others.
