Many Musicians who strongly refused to be part of Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) might have been with all the right reasons not to basing on shutting of offices for the second time.
The UMA offices located at the National Theatre were put under a lock and key after they reportedly failed to foot the debt for the previous quarter the same reason as to why they were shut last month.
Despite efforts to get a comment from the UMA President, Vice President and Public Relations Officer about the shutting of the offices have only gone in vain as none of them is responding.
