    in summary
Among the challenges, disrespect out shines.

After it was exhaustively proven that the main suspect, Bouncer Troy who is currently under going trials in courts of law was a spear header in Moses Ssekibogo's death, His fellow bouncers werent happy at all to the negative attitude, reaction and blame put on them by most of the Ugandans And due the fact they aren't happy at all they manically arranged an agent meeting that was triggered mainly on  giving themselves a chance to  defend their innocence.

All the bouncers that attended their Association meeting were given a chance to talk about the technicalities and difficulties they face as they ensure security in clubs and other public places.
Most bouncers first made it clear that Troy isn't a bouncer since they have no records of him amongst theirs.

And amongst the challenges stated were disrespect  from the people they provide security to most especially musicians  at check points as they rarely allow to be checked not allowing these humble men to accomplish their duties.
