The president has also ordered for a curfew that no one will be allowed to move at night as another way to help fight criminality but with exception for lorries and cargo vehicals that  allowed to move.

The Established food markets, drugs shops  like pharmaceuticals, shops with agricultural stuffs with condition of restriction of  huge numbers will continue to operating.

Supermarkets will also  continue operating but with serious precaution about the measures and guidelines about spread of corona virus.

Production factories are expected to remain operating only if they can arrange crucial employee camps around the fortory for 14days and if they can't they will be suspended for 14 days. The employee camps will act bas lodging facilities for employes to limit their daily movement.

Museveni’s new guidelines still remain unclear if they allow all media outlets (both print and electronic) to continue operating.
