While sending the country into a 42 days total lockdown on Friday, president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni instructed the newly appointed Prime minister Rt Hon. Robbinah Nabbanja to see to it that the hand-to-mouth earners get some aid.
This left many Ugandans sceptical, given that during the first lockdown, very few people did get the food supplies promised and yet very many donations were made.
About an hour ago, prime minister Hon Nabbanja informed the public that unlike last time, the government will not provide aid inform of food stuffs, but rather send the identified groups money.
She didn't reveal how much each individual/household will receive and when the activity will commence. Word on the mouths of Ugandans is a debate on how much each should receive.
Much as a big percentage is confident that this is one of the government's"sugar-coated" lies, we at nowviba want to bring the question to you our readers, How much do you think each individual should receive?
