Mulwana Patrick is a Ugandan dance hall and reggae artist best known for his stage name Alien Skin. He was born in 1996 and he is currently 27 years old . Mulwana is unmarried and his not open about the number of kids that he has.
Alien was born and raised in kasanga, Kampala district. He is the middle child with two brothers. Mulwana claims that he is un educated but it is known that he attended his early education in kasanga and also he attended secondary school where he studied up to senior four before dropping out, claiming that there was nothing left for him to study. His mother who now lives in kiboga says
he was not always a stubborn child but rather he was calm, loving and caring.
He is a muganda by tribe and of Mamba clan. He started his music career in 2017 during that span he released his first song titled Neyagaaza. This song encouraged him to improve on his craft and also study the logic of the music industry.
Skin defines him self as a trend setter in a way that he created his own music genre that he calls Ragga Mu Seketu, which combines various genre like Ragga, Reggae and Luga flow. He started this trend back in 2019 when he was still an underground ghetto artist. In the start of 2022, he started a music group/label that he calls fangone forest group, through this group he was able to release his first hit songs towakana and tulabise.
These two songs enabled him to gain a lot of popularity in the Ugandan music scene and this was all thanks to the power of social media marketing where by him and his team used tiktok to promote his music.
Towards the end of 2022 he released his biggest song called sitya danger. This song has went on to do crazy numbers on streaming platforms where by it has surpassed over 1 million views on YouTube alone. These are not the only hit songs that he has made, Alien has went on to produce more than 38 songs over the past year and this year alone according to galaxy fm.
And by this time of writing Alien Skin is one of the most talked about and controversial artists in Uganda.
