Ykee Benda fights wrangles in UMA.
    • March 3, 2021 • 4 years ago

Ykee Benda the kireka boy is again fighting wrangles in the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA).

This time, the war is with former president Sophie Gombya.

Ykee claims Sophie still calls herself president of the group so that she attends meetings where she will financially benefit.

It is also said that Ykee told the Permanent Secretary to the speaker to remove Sophie off the list of musicians to meet the president

Sophie has however warned Ykee to stop trashing her name in the media and forging stories to be relevant.

" You don't have to tell people you are the president. Act like one and they will know. " she concluded

Ykee added that it was his fame that made the association popular unlike when Sophie was president.
