The battle still continues. The President of the Uganda National Musicians Federation, Eddy Kenzo, has come out and expressed his frustration with fellow musician Sheebah Karungi for making degrading and disrespectful comments about their fellow musician Cindy Sanyu.
It should be recalled that on the onset of the music battle between the two divas Cindy and Sheebah, they started to exchange bitter words online with each of them uplifting themselves and degrading the other.
It is however recalled that it is Sheebah herself who initiated the "Nokia Iphone" catch phrase by stating that she is the iPhone and she went ahead and labelled Cindy Sanyu as the Nokia, a devalued phone.
It seems like these ongoing wrangles did not sit well with Kenzo who has also come out to have his say in the matter. Kenzo stated that he found it unacceptable for a respectable person such as Sheebah to label Cindy, her fellow musician as a "Nokia" phone.
Kenzo reprimanded his English teacher Sheebah, saying that he believes that showing respect for one another as musicians is an important aspect of being human. Kenzo stated that as a person, he was not raised as a disrespectful person hence he distanced himself from it.
"It is inappropriate to refer to another human being as a type of phone. I was not raised with such values, and I distance myself from such language," he stated during an interview with a local television station.
