In a total state of confusion today morning, Andrew Mwenda, a political analyst and critic came out to join the National Unity Platform party a.k.a People Power.
Mwenda stormed the people Power offices just after dissing it left right and centre on NBS TV where he started his day from. During the Friday media round table show, he said that
"People are reluctant to join People Power cult. It is intolerant."
Then just two hours later, photos of him at the headquarters of the NUP party in Kamwokya came out . The man shocked the entire nation and tweeted that he had just joined people power.
He also told the journalists and other people around the party's headquarters that he wants to compete with Bobi Wine who is the current president of NUP in order for him to become its new president by fire by force.
Mwenda also called for a presidential debate with Bobi Wine so that they can argue out issues on how they plan to head the party incase any of them wins the party's presidential primaries.
However, many people have reacted saying that Andrew Mwenda is just joking around and that he has come to confuse the whole of people power while others have said he is welcome to the party so long as he doesn't cause mayhem.
