It has been reported that Benjamin Sesko is interested in a move to Arsenal despite interest from other clubs across Europe.
Some of the clubs include Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United while there is also some strong interest from Italian clubs. After finding himself at the centre of a transfer battle, Benjamin Sesko admitted he prefers a move to the Emirates Stadium.
RB Leipzig are willing to sell Benjamin Sesko this summer if the right deal is struck. Benjamin Sesko is not the only name on Arsenal's shortlist but they have been tracking and scouting him all season.
Ajax's Brian Brobbery and Brighton's Evan Ferguson have also been linked with a move to Arsenal. Brentford's Ivan Toney and Newcastle's Alexander Isak are no longer on the radar.
Arsenal are currently searching for an upcoming number nine and a winger. They may also make a move for a midfielder if Thomas Partey ends up leaving the club.
Aaron Ramsdale, Eddie Nketiah, Reiss Nelson and Emile Smith Rowe could leave the club this summer while Oleksandr Zinchenko is being monitored by Bayern Munich.
Arsenal have also held talks with SL Benfica to sign centre back Antonio Silva.
Antonio Silva came through Benfica's youth system and made his senior debut for the club back in 2022.
The 20 year old has put in some amazing performances throughout the season. He has already secured a place in Portugal's squad and is likely to play a key role for his country in the upcoming Euro 24 tournament in Germany.
It has been reported that Antonio Silva is open to leaving his boyhood club to take the next step in his career and is keen on playing in the Premier League.
However, Benfica value Silva at around £86 million and Arsenal are unlikely of signing the defender for all that money.
Manchester United and Liverpool are also reportedly interested in signing the young Portuguese defender. It looks Arsenal are going to face some fierce competition from their rivals to secure the signature of Antonio Silva.
Benfica are in a strong position to demand a hefty fee for Antonio Silva since he still has three years left on his contract.
Antonio Silva possesses the potential to become a top class defender in future. He is quick, strong, good in the air, comfortable playing out from the back, has an eye for long range passing and is also efficient in defensive contributions.
