Court chases charges against Minister Rukutana
    • April 30, 2021 • 4 years ago

Ntungamo chief magistrate Gordon Muhimbise earlier today chased over seven cases that we're filed by state minister of Labour and former deputy Attorney general Mwesigwa Rukutana.

The Rushenyi county MP was accused of displaying excess violence in September last year during the NRM primaries. The minister was recorded handling a gun and also firing bullets which led to some citizens getting severe injuries.

However, the court ruling has gone in favor of the minister where the magistrate termed the cases as "full of lies and fabricated information." The minister has also threatened to sue the government over damages caused. Isn't Uganda Zzabu????
