    Court confirms Ssenyonyi's win, orders Mukesh to pay Ssenyonyi for the losses

    After welcoming his baby to the world tomorrow, NUP party spokesperson who's also Nakawa West MP Hon. Joel Ssenyonyi has todasy been bombarded with good news following his seat contention by a one MukeshShukula of Shumuk group of companies.

    Mukesh had filed a case and wanted the court to nullify Ssenyonyi's win, claiming he had used different names on the electoral documents. But judge Isaac Muwata cmae out to say thet Mukesh and his team failed to present satisfying evidence in the case.

    The court after giving the veerdict ordered Mukesh to pay for all losses incured by Ssenyonyi. About  a month ago, Ssenyonyi whlie appearing before court promised to take Mukesh's property, since the losses incured would equate to all of Mukesh's property had he won the case.

    Naow that the court has ruled in the favor of Ssenyonyi, we await to see if he'll push through with his innitial plans.
