Talk about household names in Uganda's music industry and surely a GNL Zamba can't miss out. Commonly referred to as the father of Luga flow by many, Zamba has indeed lived up the expectations and also to the titles.
The koi koi hit maker has over the years raised the Luga flow flag up high not only in the 256 but globally. Having relocated to the US, Zamba has been promoting the genre in the states but also still representing in the land.
On independence he teamed up with other hip hop artists on the remix of his track, Uganda Yaffe which received a wide review. Looks like Zamba isn't done with us yet for this year, as he's set to release another album, titled SPEAR. On his social media, Zamba posted,
"Our rich history and our ancestors. For the present, we can reconnect to our true spaceship as we project ourselves to the future." The album is expected to be released on November 11th, at exactly 11:11 a.m
Zamba is such a creative artist and on this project, he aims to modifying Luga flow with Afro-pank and he said it's an album about revolutionary mind of a black panther. Just like the Luga flow guys normally say, "amaaso ku lutimbe..."
