In an operation led by the Kampala Capital City Authority, several bars including Exo Lounge and Zone 7 among others were found operating illegally.
Radio personality Gaetano Kaggwa last evening was among those found in the bar past curfew time however the former Big brother Africa participant said he was actually in a business meeting at a bar which happens to be owned by him.
“They found us in a business meeting at my bar. Yes there was a loose bottle somewhere but we were social distancing and I was putting on a mask,” he said.
Gaetano was not arrested at the scene but he was ordered to close the bar as it was past curfew time.
