General Muhoozi Kainerugaba on Sunday met Africa's wealthiest man Aliko Dangote at his home in Lagos Nigeria.
The report from the office of the senior presidential advisor on Special operations says the businessman promised to visit Uganda soon.
The duo discussed Mr. Dangote's interest in exploring the invest opportunities in Uganda which will be the chasis of his visit.
On the other hand Gen. Muhoozi told Dangote that all areas are available for him to invest and that the government would welcome it.
Dangote also promised to visit Uganda soon and make an assessment of the investment opportunities.
Dangote,59, with over an estimated networth of $10 billion is well reknown for his ventures in oil mining, cement mining and sugar refining.
His conglomerate Dangote Group runs a number of operations not only in Nigeria but also Ghana, South Africa and Ethiopia.
ln 2018, Aliko Dangote signed an extraction deal with Saudi Arabia's Monsul Company worth $12 billion and has since become the richest man on the contentinent.
His Dangote Refinery is ranked 6th of the top ten biggest refineries in the world according to output production with a total of 650,000 barrels per day.
The Fulani origined Nigerian in 2023 was named the first black native African to make it to the list of the top 200 richest people in a world of 8.8 billion people.
He has also been acknowledged as the biggest employer in Nigeria with 27% of the country's population under the Dangote group.
The self made billionaire is currently served by a wife and four children despite him holding the title of hajji.
