Just like he has always done, Rapper Gereson Wabuyi alias Gravity Omutujju has once again defended himself against negative criticism which has always been  linking him to promoting obscenity in his most recent song dubbed  ‘Okwepicha’.

Ever since the release of this song which has  registered a huge success in the music industry, Gravity has soared higher and higher. Because the song has turned into a people’s favorite to an extent that it has seen Gravity scheduling a concert using it as a theme.

Well, it turns out that critics have been calling upon Uganda Police to immediately  ban this song on grounds of promoting obscenity. It is said that critics  claim the song required a total ban from airplay as well as punishing the singer for promoting obscenity and moral decay.

Through an Instagram post however, the rapper has called out critics talking ill of his song to stop the hate  because they are just misinterpreting the song. Gravity further stated that   ‘Okwepicha’ simply  means  taking pictures but not the  meaning that critics are cutting it out to be.

    Gravity

“Fellow Countrymen, ‘okwepiicha’ literally means taking pictures. All those who want to take pictures let’s meet on 2nd September at Lugogo cricket oval Twepiche.” Gravity Omutujju said
