The Iran based and backed Islamic Revolutionary Guard Crops(IRGC) has been accused of spreading anti semitism among UK university students according to reports from the Charity Commission, a U.K goverment body that is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the activities of the non governmental organisations found in the British lsle.
The group has been cited to declare a holocaust over lsrael and aa well as declared with secret chant known as "death to lsrael" which is portrayed as a attempt to radicalise U.K muslims.
One of the most powerful paramilitary groups in the Middle East, the IRGC controls the lranian covert operations as well as supporting other paramilitary groups such as the Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Houthis in Yemen.
It has been previously linked to assassination plots in the U.K with the conter terrorism police confirming in February last year that 15 of such attempts came out of lran last year.
The Islamic students in the U.K are said to meet at the Kannon Towhid under the lslmaic Students Associations of Britain ( lSA) which is owned by the Al- Tawheed Charitable Trust an organisation that has already been under investigation for allegations of honouring Gen. Soleimani who was killed in a U.S air strike in 2020 and had between sanctioned by the U.K due to his links to terrorism.
The students are under a U.K umbrella organisation founded in March 2016 and has the main motive of spreading the Islamist ideology of the lran Supreme leader Ayotallah Ali Khomeini that call for a United struggle against the West.
IRGC has been evidenced on several occasions advocating for students to takeup their heels and become " soft war officers " a term used by lran to refer to their recruits made to fight against the West in a more ideological battle which today is being accused of proactively conducting terror plots on the British soil.
The suspicions also continue to yield fruit with an Instagram live video feed in 2020 where the Secretary of the Europe's lslamic Associations, Muhammad Hussein Ataee was granted audience with the lranian Supreme leader and this happens to be the only video in which he has ever appeared thus drawing suspicions since he is still the Secretary of the organisation.
However, the latter denies all connections be it direct or indirect with the IRGC, any goverment, army or security group in the world.
He futher emphasized that the ISA was a democratic organisation which made its decisions through its governing committee rather than only one person and only looks at fostering muslim brotherhood among the Europeans rather than have connection to any government.
