Musician Pallaso seems too frustrated after the loss of his elder brother Humphrey Mayanja, so much that he has retaliated against the public as well. In a viral video going around the Internet, Pallaso is heard having a bitter exchange with a neighbor over his extremely loud music.
It all starts with Pallaso's neighbor asking him to reduce the volume of his music so as to let other residents have a little peace as well. According to the accent of this particular gentleman who is having an altercation with Pallaso, it is evident that he is a foreigner.
According to intel, Pallaso checked into this hotel but he did not let his neighbors rest as he kept playing ridiculously loud music, which prompted this particular gentleman to approach him and request him to reduce the volume of the music he was playing.
When asked to be considerate of his neighbors, Pallaso shouted, stating that he does not need to obey anyone as long as he is in his own Country. This prompted the gentleman to ask him if he cared little for the law in Uganda against noise pollution and disruption of peace. To this, Pallaso stated that when he leaves Uganda, he abides by the laws outside his Country but as long as he is still in his Country, he is the law and he therefore doesn’t need to listen to anyone.
“In my country, I do what I want. Am Ugandan I do what I want. When I leave Uganda, I do what they want but it’s different but in Uganda. Here in my Country, I am the law,” Pallaso stated with vigor.
Even when the police made it to the Hotel, this did not stop Pallaso who arrogantly continued playing extremely loud music into the early morning hours of Thursday.
Well, netizens are not happy to hear a person that is considered a celebrity in Uganda being that harsh to people that have just visited the Country because he also does travel outside Uganda and it would never make him feel good if he was treated in the same manner that he treated someone else.
Netizens are also worried about the public image of Ugandans being that the video has now gone viral and Ugandans have been receiving a lot of criticism because of his words. Even a section of his fans is not happy with the fact that he has called himself the law of Uganda, something that has demeaned the judicial system of our Country in their opinion.
A few netizens have however defended him, saying he is just not himself after the loss of his elder brother but some still argue that despite his grief, he has no right to mistreat other people around him after all, everyone goes through a rough patch in this life time.
All our efforts to reach Pallaso have been futile so far as he seems unwilling to talk about this altercation.
