Condolences on the death of the blogger, Ibrahim Tusubira aka Isma Ichuli. I condemn and treat with contempt the killing of this Ugandan by some pigs...." read in part President Museveni’s Eulogy to fallen social media blogger and influencer Isma Olaxess.
In a statement issued on his Twitter platform on Monday afternoon, Museveni added his voice on that of many mourning Isma's death.
Vowing to punish the killers of the outspoken and controversial blogger, Museveni re-echoed like he did in the past that it is Pigs that believe in Using guns against unarmed opponents - stating that unlike them, NRM - his government enjoys defeating unarmed opponents of a kind with counter-arguments.
He extended condolences to the late's family in a bid to strengthen them in these hard times.
"I have sent ‘mataaba’ to the family. The State House Comptroller will deliver it. Sympathy to the family of Isma. We stand with you and we shall punish the killer." he said through his twitter handle.

Isma, populary known as Jajja Iculi, Real names Ibrahim Tusuubira was brutally silenced with multiple pistol gunshots on Saturday. He would later get buried at his family's ancestral home in Mukono District.
His shooting joins a long list of unresolved murders in the last three decades in Uganda.
As of now, 3 people are in custody as a complex probe into Iculi's death takes shape
