Singer Jose Chameleone’s father known as Gerald Mayanja has bitterly come out and accused the sickness of his two sons Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleon and his elder brother Humphrey Mayanja on their haters. He also mentioned that these haters wish nothing good for his family hence they are always praying for him to receive bad news.
On Thursday, Gerald stated that his family had been receiving pieces of bad news, one after the other and these came as misfortunes because his two sons fell sick at the same time and are both undergoing surgeries outside the country, because Ugandans don't wish them well.
He mentioned that the family has received so many challenges in a short period of time simply because Ugandans do not wish them well at all. He mentioned that Ugandans always say that the Mayanjas should fall so that other people can get a chance to rise, something that has jinxed his family.
“We’ve been having too many challenges in the family. You don't wish us well. People say they want us to fall so others can rise, as if you created us. If you don't like someone, God likes them, that is why he is still alive,” he stated
It should be recalled that Chameleone and his elder brother Humphrey were both admitted and operated on in the USA this week and it is said that both suffered stomach related complications. Humphrey had a stomach infection whereas Chameleone had issues with his gallbladder.
According to Gerald Mayanja, Humphrey recovered quite fast and is already out of hospital but it is Chameleone that worries him because he is still very weak.
