Remember that viral picture that surfaced on social media of a boy seen doing school homework along the road busing solar street light?
Well, his love for education has since taken a new twist - in a new development reached upon. The boy in question, is Emmanuel Otengai, a Primary 4 pupil of Township Primary School Katakwi.
The Vice President, who also doubled as Woman MP for the same place Otengai originates HE Rtd. Maj. Jessica Alupo in a bid to keep his dream alive gave him a full scholarship for his remaining time in primary school, through Secondary Sxhool until University.
The pair together with Otengai's parents met on Easter Monday in Katakwi. Otengai says he wants to be an Electrical Engineer.
Otengai's picture as seen reading and seemingly doing unfinished work along a road in Katakwi made its way to social media through a resident journalist who called for his help.
