Katumba John is a name that has been known in every household since the 9th November when he run all the way to Kyamboggo to get his nomination but had not paid the required fee.

Well, in 2021, John Katumba has released his book "The Untold Story of John Katumba" and collaborated in a new song.

We recently talked of how Santana made a song for Katumba and he appreciated it.

However, news reaching our desk is John Katumba approached Dj Crim, a known X FM and Urban TV DJ to make a song.

Dj Crim was paid 20 million Uganda shillings to make an audio and cater for the video.

It was also produced by Andy on the beat.

The song was released last week and the video was released today on both the YouTube channels of John Katumba and Dj Crim.

The audio has  6.6k views and the video has received 1.1k  views on YouTube as of today.

However, the YouTube page of both John Katumba and Dj Crim is not monetized as they have not reached the required bare minimum by YouTube to receive some money.

Video critics say the video is mediocre and could have been worth 600,000 Uganda shillings.

However, the song is catchy and one can vibe with it.

Katumba plans to also do a media tour on major TV and radio stations to promote his song with Dj Crim.

Many say Katumba will be politically forgotten after the 14th of January.

Could music be his new venture and something he can depend on to keep relevant name?
