Lydia Jazmine calls out Azawi, tells her to stop disrespecting fellow musicians.

Musician Lydia Jazmine does not seem happy with  Swangz avenue queen Azawi over what she considers disrespectful comments that the latter keeps hurling at fellow musicians in the guise of being helpful while conducting interviews.

It was late last year during an interview with Mr. Henrie on his show knows as the deep talk show when Azawi mentioned that musicians in the industry are so unpredictable and therefore very hard to uplift. She stated that she has written very many songs for musicians but for some musicians, she even had no idea where the songs disappeared to as she has never heard them being released.

According to Azawi, she realized that some artistes have attitude even when it comes to music so they would rather not release songs that have been written for them for reasons best known to them.

Recently during an Interview, Lydia Jazmine was asked why she has not released songs written for her by Azawi and whether she found them dissatisfactory. This is when she turned bitter and concluded that Azawi is nosy and likes attaching importance to her presence while disrespecting fellow musicians.

According to Lydia if she has come out and paid for a song written for her by someone else  that means it is now her song and no one else’s so only she has a say on when, where and how to release this song. Lydia believes that the writer of the song only has authority on it before they get paid but once they are paid, they should completely lay their hands off the song.

She then mentioned that many people have written songs for her but have never come out to ask her why she has not released them simply because they did their part were paid for it and there is no need for them to make follow ups and tell her how to handle the release of the songs.

    Azawi

She  also mentioned that she deserves respect as she gives every single musician the respect that they deserve, including Azawi herself. According to Lydia Jazmine, women should empower fellow women when it comes to the music industry, rather than attacking each other and trying to look more important than others most especially during interviews.

Lydia Jazmine is not the first to complain about Azawi as people like Ray G, who has most recently had an altercation with Azawi mentioned that Azawi’s fame has gotten to her head and she needs to sit down and recall her roots before attacking fellow musicians disrespectfully.
