Musician Martha Mukisa recently held a concert at Freedom City but the turn-up was very low. The concert happened last month amidst words coming from critics that she would never fill such a big venue. Martha’s biggest critic was upcoming musician Kapa Cat.
According to Kapa Cat, Martha was still a ‘baby’ in the music industry and she would never have staged a concert. Kapa mentioned that this is the time when Martha Mukisa should be focusing on making more music rather than staging a concert that was sure to flop.
Unfortunately for Martha, the concert did flop just like Kapa Cat had earlier on predicted. Many people called out Kapa Cat for being non supportive, something she said would never bother her because she was only saying the truth out loud.
Well, even when the concert did flop, Martha Mukisa mentioned that the flopped show was such an eye opener for her and this was very helpful to her career. The singer told reporters that the show taught her many lessons on where she needs improvement.
Martha further stated that she staged her flopped concert because she wanted to discover her position in the music industry, which she did. She then stressed that she will continue releasing fresh music for her fans and that no one should ever think that she got discouraged from music.
"I learned my lessons because it was a starting point for me and I am not ashamed of the numbers that I got. I never promised anyone large crowds but promised them good vibes," she said when asked about her flopped show
