Political chaos seems to be unfolding again, just a day to the swearing in of president elect Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. News reaching our desk is that former presidential candidate Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bibi Wine's residence has been surrounded by police and army men.
In his social media post, the NUP party leader said his house has been fully surrounded by army and police men and he's not allowed to move out. Reason for this is yet to be identified.
However, he also said that NUP prisoners who were meant to appear in court today are not appearing, due to reasons not confirmed as well.
The swearing in is happening on Wednesday remember. Keep locked for all updates.
