While some NUP members of parliament elect were taking their oath at the parliament to serve and protect the constitution, Eddie Mutwe, Nubian Li and other party supporters were availed in the general court martial hoping for a positive hearing.
Unfortunately, the team was denied bail AGAIN! These NUP supporters were arrested on the 28th of December last year in Kalangala when party leader Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu was campaigning for presidency.
The victims were accused of possessing amunision which is not allowed to civilians and have been in Kitalya prison since then. Will these detainees ever get their freedom or it's doomsday for them?
