When Weasel Manizo was put on the spotlight over arguments that he was acting inappropriately due to the viral videos that spread, showing an intoxicated Weasel paying a visit to Fangone forest CEO Alien Skin, many stated that he is in need of rehabilitation.
For a few people however, Weasel seems depressed and this is all because he is suffering with the loss of his dear ones including Mowzey Radio his singing partner whom he had always seen as a brother.
People came out to state that Weasel is in urgent need of help and his brothers should therefore make a move before it is a little too late for Weasel. Regarding this issue, some have stated that Weasel is on substances and if he does not start rehab right away, he is going to lose his life to drugs.
While Speaking in an interview, Weasel's wife Sandra Teta came out and stated that Weasel could be a bit taken aback by all the deaths that have surrounded him this far but it is not as bad as the media makes it out to be. Teta says that Weasel drinks a little like any normal human being but he is not on drugs so he doesn’t need rehab.
According to her, Weasel is just targeted by different media houses that are out to paint him dark in front of everyone, something she disagrees with.
"Weasel doesn't have any problem. Of course, he is not perfect like any other human being... He has no serious problem. He is okay. I don't think he needs to be rehabilitated. It’s just that netizens and journalists over do it when It comes to Weasel. They are the ones that paint that picture on him.” Teta said
Well, musician Nina Roz has also given her view on this matter. As an activist for Mental Health and substance abuse awareness, Nina Roz stated that she is available to help anyone in need of her help. She stated that everyone that has reached out to her has undoubtedly received help even when she has bot reached out to very many people regarding this issue.
When asked whether she believes Weasel is on drugs or he is just undergoing depression, Nina stated that she can not conclude just by looking at him. According to Nina, you cant accuse someone of doing drugs just because of heir appearance when they have not even admitted to it!
“I just can't tell by looking at him. It is not something you can guess. In regards to his videos, I have only seen one where he is signing a contract with Nobat regarding his upcoming concert. I have not seen any other video.” Nina Roz.
