It is evident that singer A pass opened a can of worms after he chose to diss Spice Diana's song dubbed “Siri Regular" which Nince Henry wrote himself for the female artiste. In an interview, A pass clearly stated that he could never sing a song written by Nince Henry.
He also stated that as a musician, he can write songs for Nince Henry but Nince can never write for him because his skills are still lacking. A pass also went ahead to state that the songs written by Nince are not his style and he can therefore never sing such songs out loud.
"Nince Henry can't write a song for me. I can write for him but he can't write for me.You want him to write for me Siri Regular? Do I look like the type that sings Sir Regular? That's not my sound. I can't sing such songs. Let's be serious. At my age, can I sing such songs?“ Said A pass.
These few statements itched Nince Henry the wrong way and he came out and stated that A pass has no right to diss any song simply because he is a failure in the music industry.
While speaking to NBS on Tuesday, Nince Henry said A Pass clearly demonstrated his cluelessness about the Ugandan music industry when he dissed his writing skills. Nince made it clear that anyone who knows about the music industry and is well conversant with it would never undermine him.
"Only failures can say what A Pass is always talking about. How can you claim to be knowledgeable and diss a song like Siri Regular? A song that's been a hit for eight months. Only failures speak like that. You can't be in the industry and undermine Nince Henry. You can't unless you don't know this industry," Henry said.
Nince Henry also was quick to add that even when he knows A Pass is talented, he has no airplay and that alone makes him a failure and he can never take that statement back.
