Nabilah Naggayi Sempala, a former Kampala Woman Member of Parliament, and Award-Winning Novelist Kakwenza Rukirabashaija had a heated exchange of words that left Netizen’s yearning for more because they kept on spilling secrets that not many people had heard of before. Nabilah claimed that the opposition is full of leaders who dine with the ruling regime, something that will never allow the Opposition to prosper since the enemy is always within the opposition camp.
Through her Twitter handle, Nabilah, who was for years accused of being a spy in Forum for Democratic Change party said that the opposition was meant to dig out those weeds who are feeding under the armpits of the ruling party while pretending to be part of opposition. She mentioned that they act as sapiens and double agents yet they benefit from the regime.
In response, Kakwenza accused Nabilah of belonging to the “powerful political cartel” she was attacking using her post and he mentioned that this was the same reason why she eloped from FDC. According to him, Nabilah was one of the politicians who benefited from the regime while pretending to fight it and when she was discovered, she ran out of FDC and went to NUP where she was also rejected
“You were part of it while hiding in FDC. Then you were known, and ran to NUP and got rejected. The accumulated debts and fleeing to Canada is a comeuppance of being useless to the rich cartel because you had been undressed and everyone knew your spying role in opposition,” said Kakwenza in a tweet.
Nabilah was attacked by his response and she failed to stomach it, hence she went bare-knuckled as she accused Kakwenza of abusing women. She called him a deadbeat father and a sexual harrasing lumpen who only sires kids in various corners of the World and abandons them .
“So you’re still using and abusing women like you used to!” I know fathering children and abandoning them with their mothers is a favorite pastime of yours! As a refugee in Germany, your sexism and misogyny taint your profile as a human rights activist!” Nabilah said.
For the record, Intel has it that novelist Kakwenza was involved in an outrageous sex scandal last year. Another self-exiled government critic and Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) member, Stella Nyanzi, satirically posted on Facebook about her married friend’s unprotected sex affairs with other women who are not his wife. Stella’s post was the catalyst for the horrifying revelation of Kakwenza’s sexual affairs.
