Singer Pius Mayanja, also known as Pallaso, has issued an apology to his fans and the general public for a viral video in which he is seen punching fellow singer Allien Skin.
Pallaso expressed remorse for losing his temper and explained that there were undisclosed events and work-related pressures that contributed to his behavior. He acknowledged that his actions were unacceptable and vowed to handle similar situations better in the future.
Pallaso also extended a sincere apology to Allien Skin, taking full responsibility for the incident and emphasizing that darkness cannot be overcome with more darkness.
"Hello my dear fans. I am sorry I lost my temper last night. So many events transpired off record and I’ve been under a lot of pressure at work, but that’s no excuse for my behavior. I love you and will try harder not to mishandle my frustrations next time. I am very sad and I am truly, truly sorry, I wasn't able to handle the situation both differently and better." For my brother Alien Skin, I am also genuinely sorry. Darkness cant take out darkness only light and i should know better. I take the full blame. I am sorry." Pallaso tweeted, Tuesday Afternoon.
Reports suggest that Allien Skin approached Pallaso during his rehearsals for the "Love Fest" concert scheduled for June 9th, leading to a confrontation. However, Allien Skin's camp offers a different account, claiming that Pallaso had invited him to record an advertisement but ended up assaulting him upon arrival.

Some sources from Allien Skin's camp also allege that the incident was staged as a publicity stunt orchestrated by Pallaso and the Mayanja family, who are known for generating controversy to attract attention and discussion surrounding their shows.

It should be noted that Pallaso's older brother, Chameleon, was also involved in a viral video a week prior to his show, where he was seen confronting a motorcycle rider. This has led to speculation that the Pallaso-Allien Skin incident was planned to create buzz and generate publicity ahead of Pallaso's upcoming concert.
The Mayanja family has a history of utilizing controversial incidents to gain both attention and sympathy, and it is suggested that Pallaso may have followed suit to generate talkability before his show.
