Legendary South African vocalist Yvonne Chaka Chaka jetted into the country for Enkuuko Yo'mwaka that was organised by Abtex but then astonishingly she was then arrested with most sources revealing it was a deportation back to South Africa a scenario that left Abtex's eyes watery.
With most facts insinuating that the deportation Saga was due political reasons because of the strong relationship between Yvonne and Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, well for the police spoke's person Enanga its totally a different story.
According to Enanga, the south African based star was in Uganda on an ordinary Visa, but immigration was later luckily informed that Umkomboti star intended to perform at the famous Enkuka show in Lubiri Mengo. "She and her promoters were advised to apply for a work Visa for her music performance and avoid the pretense of being an ordinary visitor, so as Uganda Police their work was just to help immigration officials with security to maintain integrity and get the job done in a calm and peaceful environment.
