Just days after the couple released a not so convincing valentines day video, Rema Namakula and husband Hamza Ssebunnya are set to lose out on an endorsement.
Unconfirmed news reaching our desk is that Rema Namakula's contract with a milk company JESA expired a while ago and was pending renewal. Snoops have it that after her contract expiring, the company approached fellow artist Shebah Karungi to take on the ambassadorship.
However, the company had initially got into discussion with the trending couple, the HAMZAs, hoping to have both of them on the new contract. The condition that sparked the call off was the company requesting to have both of them at the same cost it was giving Rema alone.
This meant the two were to be ambassadors for JESA but getting the same pay. This was immediately refused by the GUTUJJA hit maker, claiming the company has to increase the payment.
