Social media has come out to defend Bobi Wine after photos of his family at the airport leaving the country were leaked to the world.
" His children have been threatened before so this is no surprise. I do support him. " One Twitter user said.
" Stop acting like he is the first politician to do this. Most politicians don't even have their kids in Uganda at all but because it is Bobi Wine, you are over reacting. "
" Ugandans are acting like this is a new thing. Every single time towards elections, families of the wealth and in government leave the country. "
Those were among the few comments most of the Bobi Wine die hards came out to say.
Some users such as Patrick Kanyomozi, a prominent social media user and outspoken person has asked Qatar Airways to apologize for leaking the personal information of a person using their services.
It had not yet been confirmed if it was indeed Qatar airways that leaked the information or another person.
Qatar Airways has not yet responded to these claims.
A few days to election and no one really knows the outcome of these elections
