The late Kato Lubwama’s son who is known as Conrad Lubwama, has come out and accused famous DJ Erycom of copyright  infringement  regarding his late father’s  songs. Conrad stated that the DJ together with a few other artistes did his father dirty by stealing his music compositions but he is ready to make them pay.

Conrad states that he is not going to be any lenient on DJ Erycom because he used to make his dad heart broken every single time he listened to his songs branded under DJ Erycom yet they were his own compositions. According to Conrad, his father died a very sad man because of Erycom.

Conrad also stated that he is not going to sit back as he is ready to use the law in his favor to attack Erycom. He also mentioned all the artists who used Kato Lubwama’s songs including the late Martin Angume, Rebecca Jingo, Angella Kalule, among others, saying they were to be scrutinized.

Conrad then stated that he has to sit down with all the artistes that his father wrote songs for because they plan to make a music tribute to he deceased since it is soon to be a year since his passing.

We looking forward to formulating a tribute album celebrating the late Kato Lubwama’s legacy since it is almost a year since he passed on. We are going to look out for most of the artists that Kato Lubwama wrote songs for. DJ Erycom we coming for you. You made my dad cry whenever he listened to his songs that you stole and copyrighted to own them.” Said Conra
