* Zelensky appears too weak and tired to achieve victory for Ukraine.
* Political divisions rock the Russian invaded country.
* Former president and Kyiv mayor accuse Zelensky for the failing war effort at the battle front.
President Vlodomyr Zelensky continues to face a challenge much bigger than two years ago when the Ukranian forces faced an aggressive Russian attack as tensions continue to rise up due to the divisions that have been characterised between Zelensky and other Ukranian politicians over the failing war effort countering the Russian attack. Former president Petro Poroshenko and Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko have both blamed Zelensky for failing to counter the Russian effort to seize Ukraine. Furthermore and worse still, Zelensky and the commander- in- chief General Valerii Zaluzhnyi also are also noticed to be in conflict ever since the Ukranian army chief rebuked Zelensky of calling the war a stale mate. This overrides the need for national unity and clearly shows that Ukraine lacks a proper strategy on how to overcome the conflict.
Zelensky continues to insist that Ukraine will regain all its lost territory although after the failure of the summer offensive, the former nolonger speaks of any timelines and due to the perpetual failure of his troops to override Putin's forces. This has future created more demoralisation with many Ukrainian politicians now opting for a referendum which will futher broker peace deal allowing Ukraine's entry to NATO by Russia and in turn Ukraine would not claim the captured territory. This could be pushed through with as there are multitudes of European leaders and the American administration that would want nothing but peace in the world's fourth largest continent with any peace deal signifying a defeat for Ukraine.
The American administration has repeatedly failed to equip Ukraine with the much desired weaponry to win the war due to failures in the domestic politics of both the E.U and U.S with fear that more weapon supply would instead provoke Putin and further sabotage negotiations for peace. With elections unexpected to happen this year due to the war, Zelensky should put priority on unifying the rifts in his administration which would further lead to a decline in the war effort as well as concetrate on putting out a clear war strategy if Putin is to be defeated because he has not so far put any clear strategy apart from shifting momentum to Crimea and the black sea while resisting attacks from the east.Zelensky looks to be drained by the two year war but must now be ready to accept the iniative and change the tide.
