Well, it seems like the entire Country is not having any of Winnie Nwagi's banters anymore! Everyone seems bitter at her for having thumped  a reveler who was allegedly trying to touch her inappropriately as she performed on stage.

In her own words, she said she is not a prostitute that was carried on stage to please revelers but rather a humble human like everyone else. Nwagi repeatedly thumped her fan with a microphone in a now viral video but according to netizens, this was unfair because this particular gentleman did not try to touch her ‘patwa' but was rather wiping her shoe with his shirt out of love for the diva!

In a video that quickly went viral, fans were seen throwing bottles at her, prompting her to leave the stage after she thumped her fan senseless. Netizens have now called out Nwagi for her alleged lack of discipline and for presenting herself in a manner that attracts such treatment from revelers.

Many have mentioned that with her skimpy dressing, she should expect such treatment because the kind of respect you give to your body is the kind of respect you should expect in return.

With netizens against her, Singer Winnie Nwagi has expressed her utter disappointment over the public's response to this  recent incident she was involved in.  While addressing this issue, Nwagi expressed her frustration, mentioning that people majorly tend to focus solely on her negative aspects and foreseeing the goodness in her.

"Regardless of the situation, people seem to only highlight the negatives when it concerns me. Whatever transpired, it happened, so they should take what they witnessed just the way it happened." She said
