Wednesday 20th of January 2021 was the time we would vote for the mayor of Kampala and the various lord councillors of the numerous areas around.
However, today morning, very many areas have reported that the wrong ballot papers had arrived.
In Rubaga, some people had already started voting and yet the ballot papers did not have the candidates required.
So the question remains; who were people voting?
Some people are said to have looked for the umbrella symbol and ticked without looking at the people .
Over 100 people had voted in most polling stations, will those ballots be thrown away?
It has also been reported that the voter turn out is so low compared to the presidential election.
Will Elias Lukwago be able to keep his seat or he will be voted out?
