Fik Gaza and Alien Skin are two musicians that have conquered the dancehall musical scene ever since they stepped up and came out as musicians. Not only have they released songs that have successfully turned I to hits but they have also managed to stay relevant despite the ever changing musical scene.
Even with new talents coming in and the already existent music legends, these two have made it against all odds all while growing their respective fan bases. Fik Gaza and Alien Skin are both loved by the public and even when a section of fans keep saying that Alien Skin fell out of favor with fans because of talking ill of Bobi Wine, he still has a lot of support from many of his fans.
According to fans, the music they get from Alien Skin and Fik Gaza is unique and this is the major reason why their careers have been escalating very fast. They have therefore made it to the list of musicians with the best dancehall vibes. Well, not everyone believes that about them.
Kalifah AgaNaga, another dancehall musician, has come out and stated that he does not believe that Alien Skin and Fik Gaza qualify to even be called dancehall musicians. According to him, Fik Gaza and Alien Skin are more like entertainers or rather MCs but most definitely not dancehall artists or rappers.
During his interview on the Evening Rush Reloaded show hosted by Dj Nimrod, Evelyn MIC, and Little Joe on Galaxy FM, when asked whether they qualify to be dancehall musicians, he mentioned that the two are majorly entertainers and MCs but not what they claim to be. According to Fik Gaza and Alien Skin are also unfortunately unsure of who exactly they are simply because they claim to be dancehall artists, yet all they do is make beats that entertain their fans.
When asked about other musicians like Cindy Sanyu, Karole Kasita and of course himself, he went on to credit them, saying that they are a few of the best dancehall musicians this Country has( himself inclusive of course).
“I will not lie. Fik Gaza and Alien Skin are just MCs. They are not dancehall artistes. They solely focus on entertaining their fans rather than making meaningful dancehall music.” Khaifah said.
In regard to Crysto Panda however, he was not clear with his answer as he failed to specify whether he is a dancehall musician or not.
