Being a celebrity comes with many things not only in Uganda but everywhere. According to societal norm there is a way celebrities are meant to act, there are things they are meant to do and there are also things that are considered taboo for them.
Day in and day out, celebrities face a lot of criticism and backlash once they make a few single mistakes and this has had them living their day to day life too carefully in a bid to protect their public image so as not to sever their brand. This however is not the case for Bad Black.
Bad Black has been known for doing everything she wants, the way she wants it without any fear of public backlash. She has boldly come out to announce that before she settled in marriage, she was a sumbie hawker and she earned a great deal of money from using her body.
However, things had seemed to have quieted down after she landed young lover Asha Panda. The two have been in a relationship for a while now and netizens were sure that this is Bad Black’s final stop when it comes to men. Only recently, Bad Black came out and hinted at being pregnant with Asha Panda's baby and netizens were extremely happy to hear this news, saying she is finally settling down.
Well, netizens have been in a Frenzy ever since a video showing renowned fashion designer Ahumuza Brian, commonly known as Abryanz, and the well known and beloved socialite Bad Black exchanging saliva in a heated kiss and in as public place emerged.
The video has since been circulating on social media and netizens are very disappointed, not in Abryanz but in Bad Black who seemed to be doing well in her relationship as well as her motherhood.
In the video, the pair can be seen engaging in an unmistakably intimate kiss where they whine to the music and Bad Black pulls Abryanz in for a kiss during one of their outings in Kampala. Abryanz, a recipient of numerous international fashion awards, did not even bother to try and explain or give excuses when the video caught people’s attention but rather, he took to X to say it was only a measly kiss but he actually wishes it was more than that.
“Just an ordinary kiss. Please! Wish it was more though,” Abryanz tweeted, unapologetic about their actions
Bad Black, despite being the major focus of thus controversy has not come out to say a thing and still remains tight lipped while netizens continue to worry about her marriage as well as her motherhood.
