Doctors at the Women's hospital International and Fertility clinic are in fear and are panicking following the death of Joan Namutebi, a daughter to Gayaza High School Headmistress after they inserted an IUD coil in her. The doctors are reported to be in shock because it is the first time that a patient died from an IUD coil implant.
Joan Namutebi had just tied the knot with lovely hubby Derrick Wabwire in a grand and lavish ceremony that left Netizens in awe. She tied the knot the previous Friday.
She has been Known as an influential and young entrepreneur and also among the youths she has been a motivational speaker as well as an efficient counsellor.
Just before her honeymoon, Joan Namutebi decided to visit women's hospital International and Fertility clinic in Bukoto in order to be helped with family planning services. The next thing that social media disclosed was the terrible news of her death just after her wedding.
" Joan Namutebi, a daughter to the headmistress of Gayaza High School has passed on a week after her wedding " urban TV posted on their page.
This left many Netizens shocked and they were all left wondering about the cause of her death until Urban TV put up another piece of information about her passing.
" According to the police, doctors advised her to take some water to which she obliged before an IUD coil was inserted in her. After the procedure, she started feeling pain in the stomach, developed a strong headache and fainted while in the hospital. She has been in a comma until Monday morning when she died."
