Sheila Nadete popularly known as Don Zella went ahead to sue Speke apartments for 468m Shillings.
The reason for this Is because money was stolen from Don Zella's room 107 a few days ago.
She claims it was about $80, 000 which amounts to about 295 Uganda million shillings.
However, with the help of the CCTV footage, the thief, a one Jeremy Adomey was arrested in Arua.
It is said he had immediately started living a lavish life after stealing the money, hosting parties in bars and giving out free money which was unlike him.
The police went and picked the stolen dollars but was shocked to find counterfeit dollar notes.
Counterfeit dollar notes can be termed as money made to look exactly like the original dollar in order to participate in theft and fraud which are both crimes in the law.
Jeremy was questioned and he pleaded guilty saying that is the money he stole.
Investigations are being held to check out his story and if it is true that was the money stolenat the apartment but the public has questions;

Speke apartments owned by tycoon Sudir Ruparelia has not yet responded to the law suit or the claims although one Facebook user posted a CCTV footage video showing that Don Zella knew the thief as he is one of her friends and had been ocassionally visiting the place.
The Facebook user accused Don Zella of trying to ruin the name of Speke apartments and steal money from Sudir.
Don Zella had booked a room at the spacious apartments for a month and plenty of guests had been seen arriving to visit her.
She denied knowing the thief and claims the footage where she is shown talking to the person is a fake and trying to ruin her brand.
