EC Chairman Byabakama claims he didn't know about Kyagulanyi's tortures
    • December 2, 2020 • 4 years ago

Yesterday chaos, teargas, live bullets ruled Robert Kyagulanyi's campaigns in Kayunga district where many got severe injuries and some lost their lives.

Later in the evening, Kyagulanyi declared that he was to go to the electoral commission today and table his grievances and continued torture of his supporters and police constantly blocking his routes.

At 11a.m today, he and a few of his team met the EC board in a meeting that didn't allow journalists to take part. However some photos taken showed Kyagulanyi presenting photos of people beaten, shot at and killed during his campaigns to EC Chairman justice Byabakama.

When the meeting was done, the EC Chairman made a statement that sent shockwaves across many Ugandans.

"My DSTV was disconnected two months ago, as search I haven't had chance to watch news and know nothing about police and army brutality over my candidates."  he said.

This left millions of questions and people kept wondering how these people really think .
