Musician Fik Fameica has been announcing his concert King Kong Live in concert since last year and it was a great shock to netizens when David Lutalo also came out to state that he was having his concert on the same weekend that Fameica had long chosen.
This led netizens to believe that there could be bad blood between the two musicians and that is what could have led Lutalo to stage his concert on the same weekend as Fameica's just to see Fameica's concert flop while his registers success.
Whereas it is indeed true that Fik Fameica and David Lutalo are holding concerts on the same weekend this month, Fik Fameica has come out to clear the air about their relationship, saying there are no grudges between them but rather a very healthy competition.
Fic further stated that he sees Lutalo in a light of a brother and he deeply respects him and his achievements in the music industry, which is why the pair are working together(not competing) to achieve greater things. Fameica stated that they both have different audiences and the music industry needs them together, not just one or the other!
"David Lutalo is my brother, and I have always supported his music. We share a bond without any grudges. Our goal is to go bigger and better. We are both needed in this industry," Fameica said.
Fameica also told netizens to note that the pair are holding concerts within the same weekend but not necessarily on the same day
