Frank Gashumba, Vice Chairman for Buganda in the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), has been summoned to a disciplinary hearing following a controversial social media post that criticized the Chairman of the PLU and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
