High Court Rules That Police Was Wrong To Block Kyarenga Concert.

Well the good news received by the People Power comrades insinuate how police was absolutesly wrong to stop Kyarenga extra Concerts organised by the now camouflaged politician Bobiwine.

Most of Bobiwine's Kyarenga concerts were barricaded by police or security on notions that the organisers had failed to meet the required guidlines set by police for safety, this injustice imminently envoked promoters Abtex and Andrew Mukasa (Bajjo) to take government in courts of law.

Fortunately enough God acted in plantiff's favour (bajjo & abtex) as on wednesday  it was ruled by Justice Esta Nambayo that AIGP Asumanyi Mugyenyi (in charge of operations) acted in bad faith and wrong not to hold the events of Kyarenga concert.

The Judge also gave Abtex and Bajjo Green lights to organise concerts around Uganda without superfluous interferences from police and also ordered police  fully foot expenses incurred by the promoters in the case.
