The highly anticipated Nyege Nyege Afro Galactic Carnival is set to kick off on November 14th and run through November 17th at the scenic Jinja Golf Course, promising an unforgettable fusion of music, culture, and artistic expression. This year's festival, known for its vibrant and immersive experience, will feature seven dynamic stages designed to cater to a wide variety of musical tastes and genres.

The Main Stage will host some of the biggest headlining acts, while other stages, such as the Hakuna Kulala Stage and the Reggae Stage, will each deliver unique vibes. The Dark Star Stage, a favorite among fans of underground music, will return to showcase raw and cutting-edge talent. Additionally, the Spirit of Uganda Stage, Ubuntu Stage, and several others promise festival-goers an immersive journey into the diverse sounds of Afrobeat, reggae, electronic, and more.

One of the highlights this year is the collaboration with Nigeria’s Chocolate City, which will bring three of its most dynamic stars—Major AJ, Tar1q, and Candy Bleakz—to the Nyege Nyege lineup. They will be joined by over 200 Ugandan artists, including fan favorites like Elijah Kitaka, Pia Pounds, Recho Rey, Zex Bilangilangi, Kenneth Mugabi, and Suuna Ben. Rising talents like Tai Dai, Mwami, Denesi, and Aliddeki Brian are also set to perform, adding fresh voices to the festival’s robust lineup. The DJ scene will be well represented too, with sets from popular names like DJ Ssese, DJ VansS, Kampire, R3igndrops, Janja Deejay, Hibotep, Melvyn DeeJay, DJ Ali Breezy, and DJ VXFaisal, among others.

For those planning to attend, ticket options are flexible, catering to both East African residents and international visitors. Pre-sale tickets are available at 250,000 UGX for East Africans and $150 for international guests. A weekend pass costs 200,000 UGX for East Africans and $180 for international attendees, while a 4-day pass at the gate is priced at 300,000 UGX and $200, respectively. One-day passes are also available, with rates varying based on the day. Tickets can be purchased online at nyegenyege.com or through Mobile Money by dialing 16520#.

Powered by Talent Africa Group, Nyege Nyege, Uganda Waragi, 22 BET, NBS Plus One, and NRG radio, the festival promises an extraordinary cultural celebration.
