On Tuesday this week next media in partnership with talent Africa announced the postponement of UB40 concert featuring Ali Campbell.
The concert was set to take place tomorrow, 21st December at Kololo Ceremonial grounds.
However new details have emerged indicating Balaam Barugahare was the main reason why the concert was postponed.
It has been reported promoter Balam Barugahara had initially booked the venue for the President to speak to the Ghetto youths on wednesday in an event dubbed as the Ghetto Empowerment Day.
So the UB40 organisers couldn't go ahead and organise the show in just hours hence the postponement.
They however revealed those who had already purchased their tickets should be assured that they will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
